As any portrait photographer would tell you, two of the biggest challenges we generally encounter while shooting in public settings are lighting and pedestrians. In a metropolitan setting such as New York City, these challenges couldn’t be more pronounced. But there is one solution that pretty much takes care of everything: shoot at sunrise. Fortunately for us, Jessica and Stanley are morning people :).
Stanley and Jessica will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary in the next few weeks, and thought it would be an awesome idea to commemorate the occasion with a bridal session. Afterall, how many brides can honestly say that their dress still fits…a year after their wedding? Shoot, if I could fit into my wedding  tux year after year, I would totally do it too! We started their bridal session that morning in Central Park, with only the dogs and their dog walkers to keep us company.
Congratulations on your upcoming anniversary. Here’s to many, many more :).
As for us here at HQ, we’re rock’n and roll’n with all these office days on our schedule. We’re going to have some very happy brides and grooms in the next few weeks!
