It’s not everyday I get to photograph at the same location for two consecutive engagement sessions, much less photograph two couples who sorta kinda know each other. In a geographical area of 4300 square miles, comprised of almost 4 million people, they all still managed to find me AND choose the same location for their engagement session in New Jersey, in the same month, fair and square :). This naturally meant I had to switch things up a little bit more than usual, and was thrilled to know that Julia & Tim were 100% on board. It was only by chance that I happened to discover an expansive, hilly meadow that was bisected by a row of trees, far away from our usual stops among the gorgeous fountains and gardens on the property. With a little bit of sweat, fancy footwork and just an itty bitty bit of
coercion charm (on my end), we were able to take full advantage of my new discovery at the NJ Botanical Garden.
