For all the Marvel fans out there, most will know about Dr. Strange’s enchanted cape – the one that pretty much has a mind of its own. It can punch, shield its wearer and fly away on its own; all the things that ordinary capes simply don’t do. As it turns out, our bride Kaitlin ended up with a very close relative of this cape (younger sibling, possibly), in the form of one of the longest, most luxurious cathedral veils I’d ever had the pleasure of photographing. It made several attempts to fly away several times throughout the day, sometimes taking our beautiful bride along with it; it even made an attempt to make a swim for it while we were on the docks of the Clarks Landing Yacht Club (but luckily the MOH made an impressive catch before it even touched the water). Seriously, how’s that for excitement?
Kaitlin & Henry’s beautiful summer wedding down the shore was everything they could’ve dreamed of: perfect weather, perfect ceremony, with the perfect group of people surrounding them. We had so much fun documenting their special day!
