“Happy New Year!” the groom exclaims in perfect Chinese, as he raises his glass into the air. The guests all cheer and laugh in amusement; partially because the lunar new year was at least 3 months away, and also because his Chinese pronunciation was impeccable, even by a native-speaker’s standards. In the time that Judy & Ryan had been together, it’s clear that their respective families have taken in these two lovebirds as one of their own. After many years of sharing their life together, and learning Chinese (apparently), Judy & Ryan celebrated their long-awaited wedding at Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach.
