Every year, right before Spring officially begins for us on the East Coast, we’ll get a deluge of engagement session inquiries that coincide with the peak bloom of cherry blossoms at Branch Brook Park. Because peak bloom is highly dependent on weather conditions (and this year had already been so unpredictable, to say the least), it’s always difficult to time it properly. Luckily for us, we were still able to find ourselves several trees at various stages of bloom for Melanie & Shay’s cherry blossom engagement session in North Jersey. After an arduous wedding planning process (of which I was honored to be a part), these two lovebirds are high school sweethearts who will be tying the knot in Long Island. We absolutely can’t wait to get these two in front of our cameras again!
