Kristyn & Kevin currently hail from Staten Island, which is the borough closest to my home. Because Kevin works on bridges, I did attempt in earnest to convince these two lovebirds to shoot their engagement session with the Goethals Bridge in the background (or the Verrazano Bridge, for that matter!). But for whatever reason, my charms didn’t quite work this time around :). Nevertheless, their engagement session was still very near & dear to us because they essentially took the same route Karis and I took for our own engagement session almost 8 years ago: South Street Seaport and DUMBO Brooklyn. And because these guys are way smarter than we were 8 years ago, I easily convinced them to take the ferry across the East River in lieu of driving/parking. Hook. Line. Sinker!
