Every now and then, our clients would ask us (almost hesitantly) whether or not they could possibly bring along their furry family members to their engagement session (and by furry, I mean their pets, not their hairy Uncle Joe). My response is always a hearty “OMG YES! Are you kidding me?! Bring em all!” As a lifelong animal lover (I had a total of 4 dogs and 4 cats when Karis and I first started dating 8 years ago – she thought I was crazy), there are no animals I could ever possibly say no to (though I may have to pass on the giant lizard-eating spiders). Julia & Josh wanted to feature some parts of old New York, which was conveniently located near their place in the Financial District. Cobblestone streets, penthouse views and the most adorable dog in the whole wide world? Count me in!
