Lauren and Tom are two high school sweethearts with the kind of story you only see in Hollywood tween movies: boy on the football team, girl on the cheerleading squad – boy gets distracted during a game and subsequently gets pummeled by the rival school BUT still manages to earn the affections of the leading lady. Or that one time he goes to cheer for her during one of her many basketball games, and specifically recalled the one where she drained a 3 from half-court to win the game in double-overtime. You know, those kinds of stories. Now of course, I can’t substantiate any of these claims because only 20% of the previous two sentences are completely true and I honestly did my best to fill in the blanks where I could :). But according to what I was told, they did hoist Lauren up into the air after she scored that winning shot, and the entire gymnasium started cheering her name…or something to that effect :).
10 years later, Lauren & Tom now call Hoboken their home. They also happen to be neighbors to another one of our awesome couples. They’ll be tying the knot this weekend at nearby Maritime Parc in Jersey City. I can honestly say that I absolutely can’t wait to get these two in front of our cameras again, and hopefully give them some new stories to tell :).
