There are very few thing in the universe that are as colorful as the leaves in New England during the Fall. It’s for this reason I will remain a life-long resident of this part of the world, even if it means enduring the occasional polar vortex for half of the year while possibly melting into a human mush for the other half. Watching the seasons change has been a childhood joy of mine for as long as I remember, and it’s pretty awesome that I get to photographically document all those beautiful colors during a few months out of every year. It’s been over 14 years since I last traveled to this part of New England, and not much has changed – except for the fact that I’m a little older now, and the local folks I used to know are no longer here.
For Matt, this was a coming-home of sorts, as he’d spent quite a number of years here: many of which were likely filled with happy memories. Then it would be simply poetic that he would add one more happy memory to that list: marrying the woman of his dreams.
Sneak peeks for now, more coming soon!
