This trip to paradise didn’t start off that way; at least that wasn’t the case when Esther reached out to us over a year ago. They had different plans back then, plans that only involved a few tolls on the NJ Turnpike and a scenic ride through some of NJ’s countryside (yes, we have those too). But of course, plans changed and we found ourselves getting our passports ready for the second time that month…not that I’m complaining of course :). Esther and Erik invited us along to document their nuptials on the sandy beaches of the Dominican Republic. Their wedding day started at the NOW Larimar Resort & Spa in Punta Cana.
