So while I’m no stranger to the beautiful grounds of the Rock Island Lake Club in Sparta, NJ, I can say without a doubt that I’ve never photographed a wedding quite like this. Maybe it was the partially cloudy sky, diffusing the sun’s warm rays over the calm lake. Perhaps it was the hint of Fall on the trees along the lake’s shallow banks. Whatever the case may have been, we were pretty darn lucky to have all this gorgeousness at our disposal for Chelsea & Chris’ big wedding day at the Rock Island Lake Club. After a quick first look on the dock overlooking the lake, we took our time that afternoon exploring the newly renovated grounds of the venue. From swings, to balconies, to wait…did I mention BOATS? Despite our collective better judgment….oh heck yeah they did!
