When we first met Nicole and Gregg, it was shortly after the new year and their families were simply buzzing with excitement. Apparently all the cousins and siblings got together (many of them, anyway) decided that 2012 was good a year to get married. We couldn’t agree more. Â We talked about their wedding plans over beer and mexican food (because that’s how we do it!) and they mentioned something that helped us realize we were the perfect match for one another. It’s quite easy to get consumed by all the details of wedding planning, and that one day can be overwhelming for many people. Â Some people get caught up with the entertainment, lighting, food and pretty much anything the universe can think up. But at the end of the day, when you strip away all extra “stuff”, it’s simply a celebration among friends and family. This was what’s most important to them, this was what they wanted us to capture, and this was what we intended to deliver.
Their day started in a hotel room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
My favorite pic of the night. Three of our 2012 couples here in the same shot! Woo-ha!
And of course, the best part of the night…

Nicole and Gregg, thank you so much for giving us the honor of capturing your special day. But most of all, thank you for your friendship and just overall awesomeness you’ve showed us this past year. We feel very privileged to be a part of your lives in such a special way, and we couldn’t possibly ask for a more amazing couple to work with. We hope you guys enjoyed your honeymoon in Italy, and we look forward to seeing you guys again at the next family function :).
As for us here at HQ, we just drafted a blog posting schedule for the remainder of this month, and it looks like wedding season all over again! Due to our truncated schedule and delivery timelines, there will be no more sneak-peeks for this year as we’ll be going straight for the meat and potatoes of all our weddings for the remainder of our 2012 posts! We’ve got something special planned for you guys at the end of the month, so please stay tuned!
Happy Friday ya’ll!
Ben & Karis
