There are two things in life that make me a little queasy: heights is one of them, and the other is being a passenger in any kind of moving vehicle (boat, plane, bus, etc). Perhaps it’s that inner dictator in me who needs to be in control of everything at all times, or that I met my grisly end in a thrill-seeking adventure in a previous life. Whatever the case may be, on this particular weekend, I found myself on a limo bus full of happy revelers playing air drums and air guitar to Queen, while cruising along a (thankfully) not-too-bumpy road in rural upstate New York in the drizzling rain. Thankfully, the ride was relatively short, the limo bus was fully stocked with ginger ale (along with other hoppy adult beverages), and seriously – who doesn’t like jamming to Queen while en route to a wedding reception?
Brady, Michael and their friends happily brought their party to the wedding reception at West Hills Country Club. We were thrilled to see them all in high spirits, rocking out with their air drums and air guitars for the rest of the evening :).
