There’s an unofficial, non-binding, somewhat-questionable promise that I make to my clients regarding the weather on their wedding day, and it’s that it doesn’t typically rain when it’s time for me to shoot. It may rain throughout the day, but it generally stops when it’s time to shoot portraits. This was borne out of my personal/professional desire to have good bedside manner, as well as just wishful positive thinking in general. In reality, I’ve simply been very lucky these past few years (we’ve really only ever had 4-5 rainy weddings in total).
I knew my days were numbered.
Thankfully, Sarah & Vince’s rainy wedding day turned out perfectly fine…as they always do. Here’s a peek of their day.
