[Wedding] Sisi & Greg – The Estate at Florentine Gardens in River Vale, NJ (Sneak Peeks)

Northern NJ is a beautiful place in the late fall, when its colors finally resemble those of its more famous New England neighbors just a few miles away. It was the perfect time of year for Sisi & Greg to tie the knot during their outdoor wedding ceremony at the Estate at Florentine Gardens. It was neither too hot, nor too cold. It was just…perfect. Bella + Kyro came up from Houston for a morning in Princeton, and we got off to a very strong start when Kyro realized he’d left his shoes at home. 😂

Thankfully, the shoes eventually made it. (And very nice shoes, btw.)

At some point, we started talking about Kyro getting his first “nice” watch for the wedding. Unfortunately for him, they hired a photographer who’s most likely going to convince him that the appropriate wedding gift…to himself…is a Rolex.

Do grooms get Rolexes as wedding gifts to themselves?

I mean…I don’t see why not, lol.

Side note: Princeton also apparently has a bunch of new-to-me spots on campus: new architecture, new lines, new light - I was like a kid in a candy store.

Big shout out to these two for rocking their session. Can’t wait to have these two back on the East Coast for their wedding at @maritimeparc.

Samantha and Justin started out as teachers with classrooms directly across the hall from each other.

Which sounds adorable now, but at the time was probably an HR situation waiting to happen.

Then they went on a trip with a bunch of coworkers and came back as boyfriend and girlfriend. Their principal apparently knew exactly what was going on, because years later, he OFFICIATED THEIR WEDDING.

Sir. You had one job.

Sam is half Cuban, half Italian. Justin is half Jewish, half Filipino.

Translation: the dance floor was never going to stand a chance.
