We’ve had the pleasure of documenting more beach weddings in 2013 than I can feasibly count, and we’ve enjoyed every single moment of it. I can imagine a million other places where I’d rather not be (like the inside of a volcano, for one), but a beach wedding in the Hamptons is certainly one of the best ways to spend a late Autumn weekend. When we first met Nicole and Matt, we loved all the attention to detail they’ve not only put into their dream wedding in the Hamptons, but also the lovely details they’ve assembled into their lives as well. I remember our engagement session, as we carefully navigated around their studio apartment that was neatly configured with a melange of furniture, knick-knacks and other online treasures they’ve accumulated over their years together. Every single piece had its own history, their own adventures and secrets, long before finding themselves a home inside Nicole and Matt’s cozy studio in the West Village. This was a place where stories came together to create a new one: one that belonged solely to Nicole and Matt and no one else in the universe.
