What kind of wedding celebration do you get when you get a southern gentleman together with a Jersey girl? Well, there are two thing we knew for sure: (1) we were head’n down the shore, and (2) we were definitely going to have ourselves some high-energy country music & dancing! These two lovebirds got ready at home nearby, with some of the most awesome DIY wedding details I’ve ever seen. As luck would have it, the bride’s father happened to have a bajillion plate-sized wooden discs just simply laying around, begging to be utilized in some creative way for her wedding day :). And lucky for her, her future-husband-to-be and her father were both ready, willing to put some of that elbow grease to work! After exchanging their vows at St. Denis Church in Manasquan, we took the party to one of our favorite wedding venues on the Jersey Shore: Clarks Landing in Point Pleasant. To say the very least, I couldn’t have asked for a more awesome couple to help me kick off the 2017 wedding season.
