Once upon a time, long before big cities, planes and automobiles, humans beings lived in small villages where neighbors, friends and family made up the core of what most humans considered “home”. These communities lived, worked, and played together, simply because that’s what you did. When one of your own is about to celebrate a momentous milestone, it’s not just a celebration for the individual, but a celebration for the entire community. In this particular story, our village is a quiet street in the Bronx. As Antonia and her entourage of bridesmaids walked down the streets of her childhood home, the entire neighborhood came out with an outpouring of love and support. That little girl of yesteryear wasn’t so little anymore; and she was well on her way to the neighborhood church to marry her future husband. And of course, what fairy tale wedding would be complete without a castle? Antonia & Kevin kicked off this next chapter of their lives with a fabulous celebration at the Glen Island Harbour Club (the castle located nearby isn’t technically included, but we’ll take it!).
