You know everyone’s having a good time when you arrive at their suite in the morning, and it’s buried under a mound of red solo cups, which I’ve only recently learned was an “American” phenomenon. Who knew? Having experienced one of the most epic hiking adventures in my career, I was totally looking forward to celebrating with these two at one of my fave venues – The West Hills Country Club in Middletown, NY. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better “Spring” day, with the cherry blossoms and magnolia trees speckling the otherwise earthy landscape. Although a swath of ominous-looking clouds were headed our way, it held off with just enough time for Emily & Andrew to exchange their beautiful vows outside on the terrace. The fateful union between these two lovebirds allowed us to answer the question: what do you get when you combine a Big Fat Greek Wedding with a Big Fat Italian Wedding? Emily & Andrew’s wedding, of course :). Air microphone, anyone?
